Consulting
The HRD and the CEO of this private law joint body are notified of a collective complaint from employees of one of their regional offices. The complaint concerns the managerial practices of the director of this office. ClavaConsulting is mandated to interview the director and the staff on site in order to collect their statements before formulating its own recommendations to the general management.
Individual support
The HRD and the Operations Director of this major player in food franchising want to provide support to one of their operations directors. At the head of around forty profit centres (shops, restaurants, etc.). This director is extremely efficient, without worrying too much about the collateral damage that is starting to accumulate. ClavaConsulting begins individual support that should allow the operations director to change his leadership style.
Training
In a constantly changing agricultural world, this large cooperative decides to professionalize its project managers. ClavaConsulting wins the call for tenders, designs the range of training modules for project, program and portfolio management. From the strategic committee to the project manager, the firm raises awareness, supports and trains key players. The firm adopts a pragmatic approach: it is not about promoting a method but rather stimulating the reflection of the project manager so that he is able to choose the method corresponding to his context.
Conference
This major French player in the high value-added services sector is the victim of a high turnover of its young recruits (bac+4, bac+5). Its request is as follows: identify new behaviors to understand their logic, diagnose its offer as an employer brand and, if necessary, adapt it: this generation is, in fact, here to stay… ClavaConsulting designs and leads a seminar for the management committee before proposing 3 avenues for improvement to the problem posed.
