New Managers Bootcamp: Hands-on Training for Your First Steps

This program is aimed at those entering management roles for the first time. It provides the essential skills to take charge of a team, inspire confidence and lay the foundations for effective leadership.

Targeted skills

Clear vision of one's mission and priorities, organization, delegation, active listening, clear and concise communication, non-verbal communication, feedback, analytical skills, problem structuring, etc.

Possible formats

Three possible formats:

1. Intensive training. 2-day program. Symbolically strong, when starting a management mission, psychologically reassuring.

2. Modular approach. Program spread over half-day sessions (3 to 4 hours each). Allows participants to reflect and apply learning between sessions.

3. Blended learning format. Mix of face-to-face and distance learning sessions.

Example: 1 day in person for the most difficult content + 2 x 0.5 day of online follow-up workshop and problem solving.
