Erwan Hernot
Erwan leads ClavaConsulting. A graduate of CELSA and the University of Paris II Assas, certified Action Learning Facilitator by the Institute of Leadership & Management (London) and trained by the Association Québécoise de Co-Développement (Montreal), Erwan has long been involved in managerial issues. He has worked in services (insurance, banking, real estate, tourism), industry (chemicals, cars), information and communication technologies, air transport and logistics, as well as major engineering companies. He has trained more than 2,000 managers in these different business sectors. Erwan has also worked on major projects (design and deployment): ERP installation, company mergers, strategy deployments. He is co-author of a book on learning & development, published by Eyrolles. He works in French as in English. He was one of the players in the first internet wave and keeps since that time a keen interest in it, which he continues to study, particularly in terms of its societal, business, operational and managerial impacts. In 2016, he steered Clava Consulting in these new territories, relying on organizational development practices and individual or collective managerial consulting.
