Influential Leadership: Navigating Project Management Challenges
Working most of the time without hierarchical power, the project manager must develop his leadership dimension. This is the purpose of this training. You will learn to identify the key stages of team formation and to implement tactics to accelerate its maturity. Particular attention will be paid to stakeholder management, meeting management (face-to-face and remote) and communication, in order to articulate a clear and unifying vision.
By integrating tools to analyze resistance to change, manage conflicts and transform disagreements into opportunities for progress, this training prepares you to overcome relational and organizational challenges. Finally, an option dedicated to multicultural teams will help you anticipate and defuse cultural conflicts from the first interactions.
