Possible formats
Four possible formats:
1. Intensive training: 2 or 3 days. Focused immersion with interactive activities, case studies and peer coaching.
2. Modular approach: spread over 5 half-day sessions (3 to 4 hours each) to allow time for reflection and practical application.
3. Blended learning format: 2 days in person + 1 day of remote follow-up workshops for continuous learning and problem-solving.
4. Residential seminar: 2 to 3 days off-site for reflective and collaborative work with peer exchange, combined with strategic exercises.
